NIXTA Licor de Elote is a Mexican corn liqueur made from a base of tender, early-harvested corn grown in the Righ valleys and at the foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano.

NIXTA is produced at Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, where the Mexican corn culture and the ancestral art of nixtamalization are honored. Nixtamalization is a 4,000-year-old cooking technique that reveals the purest flavors and aromas of corn.
