Luxardo Apricot has been produced by the Luxardo family since 1935, when the city of Rome organized a competition between Italian spirits producers looking for a new liqueur that should represent the capital.
Luxardo Apricot won first prize and was awarded the title “Liquore della Lupa”. Luxardo Apricot, obtained by infusing apricot pulp in sugar beet alcohol, is very rich in flavor with mild cinnamon spice and a light almond finish. Excellent for use in cocktails, you can also enjoy it straight or as an after-dinner drink.
