Matusalem Platino Rum is a premium white aged Cuban-style rum with triple distillation and double filtration. It matures using the solera method and has a smooth and velvety character, with complexity and a creamy texture in the mouth. An excellent base for cocktails, we recommend enjoying it just like Ernest Hemingway did in a unique Hemingway Daiquiri.
